Biotage launches Isolera™ LS 150 – an automated system for flash purification scale-up

The Isolera™ LS 150 combines the proven performance of the renowned Isolera™ LS platform with large-scale, pre-packed columns to deliver high-capacity, automated purification. It bridges the gap between laboratory and production-scale workflows—enabling reliable, efficient scale-up with minimal manual intervention.

With a flow rate of up to 500 mL/min and capacity for columns up to 8 kg, the Isolera™ LS 150 is well-suited to the rigors of scale-up. Large flash chromatography columns enable the system to handle sample loads of up to 800 g per run, allowing scientists to maximize efficiency while maintaining performance and reproducibility from discovery through development to larger batches.
