With up to 500 mL/min flow rate and 8 kg column capacity, Isolera™ LS 150, combined with intelligent software, ensures efficient and reliable process scale-up.
The large touchscreen interface offers access to advanced software, enabling automated fraction collection, gradient equilibration, sample peak visualization in 3D, and other key features that enhance productivity and reproducibility.
Prepacked columns ranging from 50 g to 8 kg ensure a safe and efficient scale-up. The system supports easy conversion to step and isocratic gradients for larger columns, along with scalable method development from TLC plates to flash chromatography columns for added flexibility.
