TurboVap® 96 Dual
The new TurboVap® 96 Dual is a second-generation well plate evaporation system that continues to build upon the solid foundation of the TurboVap® family of evaporators. This unique new system incorporates the utility of two single evaporators and a dual system all in the same space-saving footprint.
Designed to evolve with your daily, weekly, or monthly sample throughput the TurboVap® 96 Dual comes ready to support 96 well plates, and can of course be adapted to your workflow to run 24 or 48 positions.
The new TurboVap® 96 Dual is designed utilizing the benchmark TurboVap technology, while offering unprecedented performance in well plate evaporation.
Evaporate more with less gas. Pre-heated gas from the top and convection heating from the bottom decreases evaporation time and improves consistency while reducing gas consumption. Idle heating keeps the system heated and ready for the next evaporation.
True 2-in-1 functionality. Run one method on two plates simultaneously, or two independent evaporations. Either way, it’s twice the throughput.
Lab space is always limited. TurboVap® 96 Dual covers only 34 x 36 cm (13 x 14 in.) – incredible for a dual-plate evaporator with built-in fume exhaust. The system can operate inside or outside of the fume hood. The integrated and removable fume shield allows for easy cleaning and maintenance.
Intuitive software. Users can just walk up to the system and evaporate. No advanced training needed. Both evaporation manifolds can be individually controlled right on the touch screen.
Know your usage. Not everyone has unlimited
supply of nitrogen in house. TurboVap® 96 Dual monitors energy and gas consumption so you can plan ahead.
Adaptable nozzle configurations. TurboVap® 96 Dual comes ready with support for 96 well plates, and can of course be adapted to your workflow to run 24 or 48 positions.
Automatic stop-start. Need to add something last minute? Just open the door and the system pauses your run and the lift returns to home. Grab your sample, make your changes, and close the door. Your run resumes right where it left off.
