Our columns come with validated automated protocols for purification of biotin-tagged proteins that can be transferred to any automated liquid handling system.

One interesting application for Streptavidin PhyTip columns is biotinylated protein assays - immunoprecipitation where these column are used for immobilization of a biotin-tagged protein for generation of a customized affinity column.
