ISOLUTE® cSPE for QuEChERS
ISOLUTE® cSPE for QuEChERS are pre-packed columns designed for efficient clean-up of pesticide residues in fruit and vegetables.
The columns are packed with QuEChERS ‘dispersive SPE’ sorbent blends and are designed to replace the traditional dSPE step in QuEChERS procedures.
The columns are available for both AOAC and EN methods and for general, waxed and pigmented fruits and vegetables.

With the pre-packed cSPE columns the QuEChERS clean-up workflow is significantly improved by skipping the time-consuming and complex shaking and centrifuge steps and using a convenient flow-through format instead.
Extract clean-up is enhanced due to the improved matrix scavenging efficiency provided by the packed column format. Removal of more of the matrix components from the extracts results not only in visibly cleaner extracts, but also in cleaner analytical baselines.
