The Biotage PhyPrep is capable of purifying maxi, mega and giga scales, delivering 1, 5 or 10 mg of purified plasmid for transfection studies and cloning experiments. Automation of purification steps included filtration of the lysed cells, anion exchange chromatography and washing to deliver pure endotoxin-free material.

Pre-aliquoted reagents means sample preparation of cell pellets prior to purification is simple and effective. No need to accurately dispense buffers, instead all of the appropriate buffers are supplied in defined amounts ready for immediate use.

Each kit contains the required transfer tubes and PhyPrep tubes as needed for each purification. Everything required is included.
