What you will do:

As Sr Systems Engineer Integration and Verification you will work in project teams developing new and maintaining existing products. You will ensure product quality and efficiency throughout the projects by early and continuous integration and verification. You will analyze user needs, define technical requirements, write verification and validation plans and perform testing. You will contribute actively to the continuous improvement of our work processes. You might also drive minor technical projects.

Job scope outline

  • Define integration, verification and validation plans
  • Translate user requirements to technical requirements
  • Define and analyze technical requirements
  • Perform testing and verification on part, sub system and system levels
  • Use your creativity and experience to develop the ways we do instrument development
  • MSc in Engineering or similar education
  • At least 5 years of experience working with development and/or testing of integrated mechatronic systems
  • Experience from testing of mechatronic systems. i.e. integrated hardware and software systems
  • Experience with requirement management
  • Experience with integration driven development
  • Proficiency in transforming requirements into test cases as well as generating comprehensive documentation.
  • A strong interest in contributing to development of the ways of working withing system development, integration and testing
  • A reliable team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, written and verbally
  • Knowledge about safety standards and regulations (e.g Low Voltage Directive, LVD and Machinery Directive, MD) applicable for laboratory equipment
  • Experience from working under a quality management system e.g. corresponding to standards as ISO9001 or ISO13485 is an advantage
