Biotage applies the Swedish Companies Act, the rules and regulations that follow from the Company’s Listing Agreement with the NASDAQ OMX Nordic Exchange. the Swedish Finance Inspection rules and the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance (the ”Code”) In addition hereto, the Company applies the provisions of the Articles of the Association and recommendations issued from relevant Swedish organizations.

The Code applies to all companies listed at NASDAQ OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm or NGM Equity as of 1 July 2008.
