    Extraction of Veterinary Growth Promoters from Animal Urine Using ISOLUTE® SLE+ Prior to UPLC-MS/MS Analysis

    This application note describes the extraction of 18 growth promoters (steroids, resorcylic acid lactones and stilbenes) from animal urine (ovine, bovine, porcine, equine) using ISOLUTE® SLE+ supported liquid extraction prior to LC/MS analysis. LOQs range from 0.2-1.0 ng/mL of urine.
