    Extraction of Propofol from Whole Blood Using Supported Liquid Extraction (SLE) Prior to GC/MS Analysis

    This poster demonstrates a simple supported liquid extraction procedure for the extraction of propofol from whole blood suitable for GC-MS analysis. In addition, phospholipid profiles in the extracts were investigated using LC-MS/MS, and showed no breakthrough of these blood components, suggesting the procedure is appropriate for use with LC-MS/MS based analytical procedures.
