Biotage® Spektra software's lambda-all feature enables simultaneous scanning of all wavelengths during elution, providing comprehensive spectral analysis. It allows display of lambda-all and two individual wavelengths on the system and facilitates post-run processing for advanced analysis.
Biotage® Spektra ensures accurate peak detection and fraction collection through real-time baseline corrections. This is performed automatically by the system running a rapid gradient at the beginning of the run to ascertain UV absorbance. The baseline correction enhances visibility of weakly absorbing peaks
Lambda-all detection sums the responses from all wavelengths within a specified range, leading to a proportional increase in response. This technique effectively maximizes peaks from even weakly absorbing compounds, enabling detection that others might miss by focusing on a narrow absorption range.
